Our Stated Income Program is not only for low credit borrowers (all scores must be above 600 credit) with a max LTV of 75% but is also a Special Purpose program that can accommodate borrowers with tax liens & judgments.

In some areas we will close on a verbal from our appraiser and can close in as little as 14 days.

Property types include: Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, Office, Retail, Warehouse, Lt. Industrial, Self-Storage, Automotive, Restaurant/Bar, and more.
